CONNECT WITH YOUR CALLING

At a crossroads in your career? Figured out what you *don't* want to do for work, but lost when it comes to which new career or business you should get into?
I coach growth-oriented women who feel stuck in unsatisfying industries to pick their new career path and cultivate a rich work life, filled with meaning and purpose.
I'm someone who considers herself "multi-passionate," and I wasn't born with one, clear "calling." My career consists of graphic design; marketing and communications; diversity, equity, and inclusion; and work-life coaching for women whose one line of work isn't working for them anymore. It's through dabbling in and making my living doing so many things that I love that I found myself where I am today.
LIFE'S TOO SHORT TO DO WORK THAT ISN'T DOING IT FOR YOU.
I hear you, and you're not alone. In fact, I hear it, time and time again, from women like you.
Your work doesn't feel good, and it's taking a toll. On a decent day, some of what you do is fair. Other days, though? At best, *meh.* At worst, *torture.* And you can't help thinking—I worked so hard to get here! Isn't it supposed to feel better than this?
You may have jumped from job to job, hoping you’ll be happier with a new employer, or with a new title. But, once you get settled in, you’re really not much more satisfied than you were before.
Or maybe the pay, benefits, status you've earned or the prestige of the company you work for have given you a sense of security that you’ve had a hard time believing you could find doing anything else. So until now, you've been telling yourself that there are enough okay days at work to stick it out in your current field.
THAT WAS THEN. THIS IS NOW.
AND YOU WERE MEANT FOR MORE.
There was a time you thought that holding out for the weekend could get you by. But now, that nagging feeling has become too loud to ignore: I can't keep this up.
You're not looking to "climb the corporate ladder." Heck, you just want to do something for a living that you actually enjoy!
And not just that, but you're the type of woman who, deep down, wants to believe that you were meant for more... That most people have a reason for being... a deeper purpose, should they choose to pursue it. You sure hope you have one! (And that thought is both scary, and exciting.) Either way, it's time to find out.
If you've been stuck on this "hamster wheel" for a while, try not to be too hard on yourself. Let's face it—so many choices and so much uncertainty can lead to "analysis paralysis."
I have good news: it's not too late, and you don't have to go it alone. You're here now, and I've got your back!
No more grinning and bearing it. It's time to live. Not just on the nights and weekends. Not just while on vacation. Every day. Because life's too short to keep doing work that isn't doing it for you.
Can you imagine how nice would it be to actually get excited when someone you meet asks, "So, what do you do for a living?"
So, please, reach out and get the support you need and deserve. Because when career and a deeper sense of purpose come together, it's magic!

THE SEVEN Cs
Make the decision to pursue work you LOVE. It does exist—and you're worthy of it!
Don't get stuck looking for that one, perfect job! Instead, brainstorm multiple, "outrageous" ideas.
Narrow down career ideas and experiment firsthand with 2-3 to see how they feel. You wouldn't buy a car without test driving it first, right?
Feel the waves of doubt, fear and second thoughts, and keep moving forward, anyway.
Speak confidently around those who question your ideas, AND those who could help you get a foot in a new door.
Surround yourself with supportive, optimistic dreamers, go-getters and risk-takers.
Find the support you need—you don't have to go it alone!
